event celebrating the eight sabbats.

SunStave Circle is a gathering for Utah Pagans, Witches, Wiccans, Druids,
Heathens, Shamans, Magickians, Vikings, Heathens, and all other faiths.

SunStave Circle celebrates the 4 solar holidays of Winter and Summer Solstice
(Yule and Litha) and Spring and Fall Equinox (Oestara and Mabon)
and the 4 Celtic cross-quarter holidays of Imbolc (Oimelc),
Beltaine (Beltane), Lammas (Lughnasadh) and Samhain (Sowen).
These holidays are often known in the modern Wiccan or Pagan religions as sabbats.

There is no prescribed tradition for SunStave Circle. The holidays have been celebrated
in both traditional and eclectic Wicca or Witchcraft, with modern Pagan rituals,
with Ceremonial Magick rites, with Druidic, Buddhist, Hindu or Native American focus.
